If the item is in stock we usually deliver within 7-14 working days (Over 99.7% of the time), but this can be up to 28 working days during busy periods or if your item is not in stock.
Surcharges apply to Scotland, Ireland and Southwest England, please see section below on Scotland and England surcharges. We currently do not deliver to Scotland Highlands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man, but can offer this via a courier service which has an additional cost, if interested in this now, please call us on 02037 275196 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. You will then receive a second email from us stating your delivery day, and asking you to confirm that this is okay, and that key information such as item ordered, address and telephone number are correct. When you have confirmed this back to us, your item will be delivered by our delivery team. On the morning of the day before your delivery day, we will send you a further email message, telling you if it is an am/pm delivery slot, and provide you with a telephone number for your delivery driver. Our delivery driver will text you when setting-off from the warehouse in the morning, and ring you when he has finished the delivery prior to yours, to give you an accurate delivery time. Please note that we cannot offer this delivery service in any other way as it is designed to be fast and efficient, whilst keeping costs down. Please note that we use a courier for our deliveries to Ireland who only offer a kerbside delivery, it is the customers responsibility to get the items into their home. For faster deliveries and deliveries on alternative days, our express service is available and currently costs £199 – we can usually deliver within 24 hours if the item is in stock.
Our basic delivery is for the sofa to be delivered in its packaging to your room of choice. Please ensure that you open the packaging, inspect the sofa, and tell the driver of any damages or scuffs at time of delivery – we will then resolve these issues. Please do this whilst the driver is still there.
We also offer a PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE which is currently only £30.00. We recommend this service as the drivers will fully set up and assemble your sofa, and remove all the packaging, which is often very bulky and will not fit in a normal domestic bin. Our delivery drivers will only deliver to ground floor, or to first floor where access is easy, or to higher floors where there is an adequate lift. If delivery is required to higher floors and there is no lift or the lift is not big enough to take the suite, we will deliver to ground floor only and ask that you get local help in taking the suite upstairs.
Please ensure you send your correct telephone number and delivery address when ordering, and ensure you confirm back that the delivery day is satisfactory and your details are correct, when we send you the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, as otherwise delays can result. There is a £20 surcharge to the following postcodes: DG, TD, EH, ML, KA, G, FK
There is a £50 surcharge to the following postcodes: DD 1-7, KY, PA 28-38, PH 1-9 and PH 12-14
There is a £75 surcharge to the following postcodes: AB, DD 8-11, PH 10-11 and PH 15+
There is a £150 surcharge to IV & KW postcodes.
There is a £35 surcharge to TR, PL, EX and TQ postcodes. All other areas of England and Wales are free delivery.
Should we not have your item in stock, this would need to be ordered directly from our manufacturer, once we know the date your item will be delivered to our warehouse we will contact you to let you know your delivery date. We will deliver to you on the day as above on the maps, for your postcode area, as soon as we have the item in stock. We will email you beforehand, and provide you will a update by email each week in the meantime.
